Description
Aims and Scope
Nanotechnology is a field that incorporates the studies related to nanosized particles, their function and behavior with respect to different systems. The tremendous capabilities of nanoparticles have changed the perspective and scope of nanotechnology towards development into an adjuvant field for the remaining fields of life sciences. The role of nanotechnology in the field of pharmaceutics has tremendously changed the way of our understanding about drugs, nanodrugs or the use of nanoparticles as carrier of drug has become the basic fundamental or criteria for the production or design of a drug.
The journal of Pharmaceutics and Nanotechnology brings in all areas related to nanotechnology, medicinal chemistry, nanomedicines, nanoparticles, targeted drug delivery, nanoparticle Synthesis, Prodrug design, Physical pharmacy, pharmacy, Biopharmaceutics, Membrane function and transport, Responsive delivery systems, Nanocarriers, Pharmaceutical nanotechnology. The main aim of the Journal of Pharmaceutics and Nanotechnology is to publish high quality research works and provide Open Access to the articles using this platform. The Journal offers a rapid and time bound review and publication that freely disseminates research findings related to Pharmaceutics and Nanotechnology.
Pharmaceutics and Nanotechnology Journal caters to the requirements of the medical practitioners, researchers, lab professionals, students, academicians, and industry that is involved in Medical, Pharmaceutical and clinical studies. No matter how prestigious or popular; it increases the visibility and impact of published work. It increases convenience, reach, and retrieval power. Free online literature software facilitates full-text searching, indexing, mining, summarizing, translating, querying, linking, recommending, alerting, “mash-ups” and other forms of processing and analysis.
Eminent Scientists, Academicians and Researchers are encouraged to submit their work online at https://www.scholarscentral.org/submissions/research-reviews-pharmaceutics-nanotechnology.html
Journal of pharmaceutics is using Editorial Tracking System for maintaining quality in review process. Editorial Tracking system is an online manuscript submission, review and tracking systems used by most of the open access journals. Review process is performed by the editorial board members of journal or outside experts; at least two independent reviewers approval followed by editor’s approval is required for acceptance of any citable manuscript.

Targeted drug delivery
Targeted drug delivery system is the method of localizing the drug to the specific site. The system is based on a method that delivers a certain amount of a therapeutic agent for a prolonged period of time to a targeted diseased area within the body avoiding uniform distribution throughout the system thus avoiding side effects.
